El Conde Co., Ltd. is a Cambodian Filipino Engineering Design, Consulting and Construction Company founded in 2016 but the founders have been in the field of design and construction since 2001.
The company is registered in the Ministry of Commerce, Land Management and Urban Planning and Ministry of Economic and Finance.
El ConDe Co., Ltd. is licensed to do design, manage and construction of building and infrastructure.
El ConDe Co., Ltd. offers full engineering design service, consulting and construction for standard and unique, medium to big size projects. The firm has experience in planning and organization, topographic survey and geotechnical investigation, structural analysis, building evaluation, preparation of schematic design, development, technical specification and drawing production, preparation of bill of quantities, contract documents development, site supervision, project management and construction.
El ConDe Co., Ltd. provides consulting and construction service to owners of new projects and of existing buildings, tp construction management firms, to engineering firms and to architects requiring specialist consulting.
